1. Return Eligibility

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized brass items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Size or design exchanges must be approved by our customer service team before shipping the replacement item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective brass product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For cash payments or bank transfers, please provide your bank account details for secure refund processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom engraved or personalized brass products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
